Firstly made in 2020 when my father showed me how to use mitre saw at the first time in my life. So I just sawed all the wood that I could and a little birch tree trunk too. Originally there was a Solar System planets, drawn with the black liner, but after several years I've painted it with the gouache and changed the design to the moon phases. I like to re-do this mobile ocasionally and change the details.

When I was I child I simply adored J.R.R. Tolkien and his books. Then, when I was a student, I saw a documentary film about the making of Peter Jackson's Lord Of The Rings movies and Weta Workshop physical models, that were made for the filming scenes. I was so impressed of their work, so I decided to do the simplified model by myself.
